Vineyard location and characteristics: The vineyards are located on the hills of Buje, at 220 to 250 metres above the sea, at the location of San Pellegrin, historically known for the growth of this grape variety. Maintaining a low yield per hectare and the general airiness of growing positions allows for healthy grapes which is vital for the extension of the maturing process and the obtaining of necessary concentration of aromas.
Vinification and maturing: After a short period of crio-maceration and light pressing, the must ferments at a low temperature in order to preserve a high concentration of the unique Muscat aroma.
