Terre Bianche Cuvée Blanc Riserva

Quality dry white wine

Vineyard location and characteristics: Contarini, Bomarchese and Ferné, with their ideal microclimate conditions, are locations where grapes needed to make this exceptional wine are grown. This special vintage has seen a part of its harvest separated for special purposes.

Vinification and maturing: After a short period of maceration, the must of each variety is separately fermented at controlled temperatures. Based on the varieties, the wines are further nurtured in wooden barrels for approximately a year when the wine is blended in a single stainless steel barrel where it is set to rest for 2 months in order for the wines to pair and to achieve the harmony that adorns this wine.

Color: Rich gold

Bouquet: Dried fruit intermingled with spice notes and honey notes of yellow flowers, followed by roasted nuts and violets

Taste: Soft, warm and well-rounded, the palate is overwhelmed with a surge of taste and a plethora of ripe yellow fruit, finishing with intertwining minerality and spice notes

Gastronomic recommendation: Lobster in a rich sauce, various fish dishes, but also poultry with heftier sauces, foie gras, various soft cheeses, or just as a wine for meditating
