Quality dry white wine

Vineyard location and characteristics: Contarini, Bomarchese and Ferné, with their ideal microclimate conditions, are locations where grapes needed to make this exceptional wine are grown.

Vinification and maturing: After a short period of maceration, the must of each variety is separately fermented at controlled temperatures. Based on the varieties, the wines are further nurtured in stainless steel barrels until spring when the wine is blended in a single stainless steel barrel where it is set to rest for 2 months in order for the wines to pair and to achieve the harmony that adorns this wine. We have dedicated this wine to golf lovers as well as to everyone of a sport spirit.

Color: Straw yellow with gold reflection

Bouquet: Attractive handful of tropical fruit and vineyard peaches which intertwine with mineral and grassy notes, making the fruit and spice aromas richer as times goes by

Taste: Mineral, fresh, yet warm, well-rounded and rich, salty, leaving the palate with tastes of ripe fruits and finishing with a long-lasting finale with a typically elegant bitterness

Gastronomic recommendation: A typical gastronomic wine which covers a wide spectrum of most diverse of foods such as raw seafood, seafood pastas and risottos, fishes of all intensities, white meats in spice herbs, and especially Asian food with piquant and exotic spices
