Vineyard location and characteristics: The Chardonnay is grown in the Region of Buje, on the hill above the Valley of Ferné. This location has an ideal micro climate for growing wines with a distinctive bouquet.
Vinification and maturing: After the light pressing, the wine must undergoes controlled fermentation in stainless steel barrels. This is followed by several months of maturing on its lees until spring when the wine is coupaged and bottled.
Color: Light yellow with a golden reflection
Bouquet: Elegant palette of ripe tropical fruit, mild notes of yellow flowers with a honey fragrance.
Taste: Fresh, smooth, fruity and full-bodied with a long-lasting finale
