Vineyard location and characteristics: Contarini, Bomarchese and Ferné, with their ideal microclimate conditions, are locations where grapes needed to make this exceptional wine are grown.
Vinification and maturing: After a short period of maceration, the must of each variety is separately fermented at controlled temperatures. Based on the varieties, the wines are further nurtured in stainless steel barrels until spring when the wine is blended in a single stainless steel barrel where it is set to rest for 2 months in order for the wines to pair and to achieve the harmony that adorns this wine.
