Chardonnay Ferné

Semi-sweet white table wine

Vineyard Characteristics: The Chardonnay is grown in the Region of Buje, on the hill above the Valley of Ferné. This location has an ideal micro climate for growing wines with a distinctive bouquet.

Color: Deep gold with copper reflection

Bouquet: Cooked fruit and honey notes, followed by bread crust, spice herbs, orange zest and dried figs

Taste: Soft, rich, delicious and warm with sensible aromas of honey and dried fruit and a long, almost balsamic finish and peppery spices in traces

Gastronomic Recommendation: Wide selection of seafood with particular accent on grilled shrimp and shrimp buzara, grilled lobster, various pasta dishes with seafood, ham and egg dishes, duck breast in orange and honey sauce, intense, aged cheeses, dry cookies with almonds
