Great care is placed in the production process to extract only the best part of the essence for your enjoyment pleasure.

It is from the pomace of Malvasia, Chardonnay and Muscat grapes that our fundamental homemade Grappa Buiese takes life. A part of this outstanding spirit is separated and “forgotten” for 10 years in wooden barrels creating so the Grappa Riserva.
