We guard them at controlled temperatures and without the presence of air throughout the winter and in spring in order to preserve the primary aromas of grape varieties as long as possible and so obtain elegant and fresh wines of superior tastes.

It in only at the end of springtime, in April and May, that we bottle our wines and ship them out to you in order for them to mature naturally and on their own. In doing that we have ensured the harmoniousness, smoothness and the high quality homogeneousness of our wines from the very start.
