Moreno Degrassi and Degrassi wines were part of the exclusive wine dinner "Dašak Istria in Boškinac" held on June 6th, in a beautiful boutique hotel, restaurant and winery on Pag.

At the Michelin-starred restaurant, chef Matija Bregeš presented 8 sequences paired with the chosen labels of Moreno Degrassi, Ivica Matosevic and Gianfranco Kozlovic.

The dinner began with a welcome drink and a welcome word through which Boris Šuljić pointed out that this evening, in addition to presenting a new menu, celebrates the recently won Michelin star and friendship with winemakers who, just like Boškinac, began their careers twenty years ago.

Degrassi Viogner's 2014 wine was presented in the first sequence with a dish called Shrimp, while Degrassi Terre Bianche Rouge 2009 was accompanied by lamb fillet in a blend of blueberry and crispy lamb undertones with pea and mint cream, pickled carrots and emulsion from blueberry needles.
